PROJECT GOAL
This combination office and manufacturing building has achieved LEED Gold level certification.

SOLUTION
Multiple iterations of energy modeling and analysis were utilized to identify energy saving strategies throughout the design process. Resulting strategies included a highly efficient ICF thermal envelope, optimized lighting design, innovative HVAC strategies and active solar thermal heating for domestic water and ventilation air heating.
