PROJECT GOAL
Roxbury School Apartments is a 43-unit affordable housing project consisting of a mix of one- and two-bedroom affordable units. The project was built to Passive House standards under the Phius+ Passive Building standard. The project features a solar array on the roof, VRF heat pump heating and cooling, and dedicated ventilation with energy recovery.AWARDS
