PROJECT GOAL
Second + Delaware is a 276 Units Multi-Family Development in the heart of Kansas City. The project was certified under Phius+ 2018 Core, which made it the largest such project in the United States, consuming 80% less energy than comparable buildings. The project features a 280 kW solar array on the roof, rooftop gardens, and high performance HVAC systems.
